COMMITTEES (CFWC)-Palomar Candidates

Palomar Standing Rule #14 states that “ At the annual District Convention, the Executive Board may recommend candidates for consideration as members of the State Bylaws, Election, Resolutions and Nominating Committee”.   Candidates must agreed to serve if elected at the upcoming AREA D meeting.

The State Bylaws tell us that candidates for these committees must have been elected or endorsed at their District Convention.

***Each Candidate to write up a short “bio” of their Club, District, CFWC History.  District President will read bio at the AREA D Meeting (CFWC Convention) when nominations are taken from the floor.

CFWC Nominating and Election Committees-  The Palomar District Executive Board recommends candidates for both CFWC Committees (prior to April of ODD year).  At the April Convention of the ODD year,  two motions are made by any delegate (and voted on by the delegates) to endorse the recommended candidates.   Elections are held at the CFWC Convention- Area D Meeting.

CFWC Bylaws & Resolutions Committees-  The Palomar District Executive Board recommends candidates for both CFWC Committees (prior to April of EVEN year).  At the April Convention of the EVEN year,  two motions are made by any delegate (and voted on by the delegates) to endorse the recommended candidates.
