Club Reservation Form-Convention-2024
The menu is listed below. The chef is willing to provide fruit cups for “Vegan” and “Diabetics” only and that Vegetarians may have the Pineapple Upside Down Cake. If there are ANY special dietary requests, they must be made in advance on the registration form.
PLATED LUNCHES include:
