Itinerary Procedure  (State (CFWC) Itinerary):

The Itinerary Program ofCFWCgives all clubwomen the opportunity to share the knowledge, experience and expertise of the various chairmen and officers of the State Federation.  All are available to share, help and explain or assist the District/Club and each member in their various pursuits to accomplish goals.  It is the best way to gain an insight into the workings of Federation.  There is no expense to the District/Club.  Interest from the Caroline Severence and Itinerary Funds pay these expenses so of course donations to these funds are of value.   Any donations should be sent to theCFWCFinancial Secretary with the appropriate forms.

To Request a State Speaker:

The District President or Itinerary Chairman fills out the Itinerary Request Form and sends it to the State Chairman.  The CFWC Itinerary Chairman will make copies and send two to the requested speaker.  If the request is declined, both copies are returned.  If accepted, the speaker keeps one copy and returns the other.

The CFWC Itinerary Chairman will then send one copy to the requesting District/Club and send the Expense Forms to the speaker.  The speaker is responsible for acknowledging and verifying the arrangements made by the District or Club to avoid a communication breakdown.   This assures mutual understanding of all arrangements.  During the visit, the presiding district/club officer reviews and signs both copies of the expense form for the speaker.

The minimum presentation by the speaker is TWENTY MINUTUES and a TWENTY to THIRTY MINUTE PROGRAM is expected.  The visit may require more time in the event of a workshop.

The CFWC President schedules her own itinerary.  She should be contacted directly by the district or club president.

A State Chairman or State Officer is limited to one presentation per district/club per year.
