The ASSISTANT TREASURER shall have the responsibility to assist the Treasurer as needed (for example, monitor monies and paperwork that is submitted for various activities). She shall be well informed in financial responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
- Palomar District Banking
- Hazel Erickson Scholarship Fund
- Palomar District Budget and Budget Expenditures
- Treasurer Reports
- CFWC Club Information Forms
- IRS and State of California Tax Forms
- Corporation Reports to the California Secretary of State and Attorney General.
In the absence of the Treasurer, she shall perform the duties of Treasurer. In case of death, resignation, or permanent disability of the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer shall succeed to that office for the remainder of the unexpired term.
