February
• File every two years- Statement of Information for Corporations #SI-100 ($20 filing fee)
o The applicable filing period for a corporation is the calendar month during which the initial Articles of Incorporation were filed (Palomar Articles of Incorporation were filed on Feb 3, 1966- Corporation #C0504038).  Click here for form and information.  Forward a copy of filed form to District President.

April 10th

  • Deliver the books to the Auditor for the preliminary audit.  (check register, bank statements, deposit receipts and expenditure vouchers and receipts).

May 15th-

Club Information Form (Data Blanks)-  Click here for forms
• Deadline for Annual Dues (Data Blanks/Club Information Form) to CFWC Financial Secretary. Delinquent June 15th. Dropped from membership if not paid by July 31.  Forward a copy of Form and Club Rosters to District President. 

May 31st- End of District Fiscal Year

Internal Revenue Service-
• File IRS Form # 990-N e-Postcard if gross receipts less than $50,000.00 Over $50,000.00 must file paper form 990 or 990-EZ- Delinquent if not filed by October 15th (Due 15th day of 5th month after close of fiscal year).  Click here for 990-N e-Postcard information.

State of California- 
• File Attorney General Registration of Charitable Trusts- Form RRF-1 & CT-TR-1 ($20 filing fee). Delinquent if not filed by October 15th (Due 4th month plus 15 days after close of fiscal year).  Click here for Charitable Trust forms and information.
• File State of California # 199-N e-Postcard if gross receipts less than $50,000.00. Failure to file at least once in three consecutive years will cause suspension of tax exempt status. Delinquent if not filed by October 15th (Due 5th month plus 15 days after end of fiscal year).  Click here for 199-N e-Postcard form and information.

Forward a copy of all filed tax, charitable and raffle forms to District President. 

June 1st-

  • First year of each administration.
    • Update Checking Accounts with new officer information
    • Verify with the out-going Treasurer that the Tax and Raffle forms have been filed for the District Yearend (May 31st).  Outgoing Treasurer is responsible for filing the information that was completed during her administration
      • 990 N e-Postcard  (IRS)
      • 199 -N e Postcard (California)
      • Form RRF-1 & CT-TR-1  (California Attorney General)
      • CT-NRP-2- Raffle Annual Report for raffles held from the previous September through May 31st. 

June 15th

  • Deliver books to Auditor for the supplemental audit (check register, bank statements, deposit receipts and expenditure vouchers and receipts).

September 1st
• Raffle Registration Form # CT-NRP-1- file between September 1- August 31 (must be filed 60 days prior to your first raffle).  Click here for Raffle Forms and Information.

October 1st
• Deadline to file Raffle Annual Report #CR-NRP-2 (include all raffles held since Raffle Registration was filed).  Click here for Raffle Forms and Information.

December 1st
• Deadline to send New Member Dues to CFWC Financial Secretary (Due to CFWC by December 15th)
